Lieven is co-founder of Upswitch and runs the M&A practice. Before Upswitch he worked across Benelux SME M&A as an advisor and operator, with deep exposure to deal structuring, EBITDA normalisation, earn-out negotiation, and post-LOI processes. He authors the Upswitch Multiples Index methodology and quarterly research updates.
