Lieven is co-founder of Upswitch and runs the M&A practice. Before Upswitch he worked across Benelux SME M&A as an advisor and operator, with deep exposure to deal structuring, EBITDA normalisation, earn-out negotiation, and post-LOI processes.
Matthias Mandiau
Co-founder & engineering / data lead
Matthias is co-founder of Upswitch and runs engineering and data. He architected the 10-method valuation engine that powers Upswitch, the Multiples Index data pipeline, and the accountant-integration layer (Yuki, Exact, Silverfin, Octopus).
